Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in resellable condition

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For defective or damaged items:

  • You do not need to return the item

  • Include your order number and clear photo or video proof of the issue

Once verified, we will provide a free replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
